MANDATORY ONLINE REGISTRATION will open July 13th at 9am check back here for the link to register that day.

Appointments for cleanings, fillings, or extractions will be available on July 16th, 17th, or 18th.  We look forward to serving you.

Updated 2026 GCC Free Dental Clinic Process

We’ve made some improvements to help your visit run more smoothly.  Here’s what to expect after you arrive:

a)       Registration & Vitals
Complete your registration and have your blood pressure taken.

b)       Screening Waiting Area
You will be directed to the Screening Waiting Area.

c)       Dental Screening
When a seat becomes available in the Screening Van, a dentist will take an X-ray of your teeth, perform a quick exam, and note the recommended treatment in your file.
***Please take a clear photo of your X-ray with your mobile phone — you will need this photo in the procedure van.

d)       Dental Procedure Waiting Room
You will then be escorted to the Dental Procedure Waiting Room in Building G.
While you wait, feel free to visit our prayer and food ministry team and shop in the clothes closet.

e)       Dental Procedure
When a seat is available in the dental procedure van, you will be escorted for your treatment.

f)         Check-Out
After your procedure is complete, please go to the Check-Out area.
If you had a tooth extracted, you will also receive post-op instructions and care items before leaving.
